Julia Traina is an associate attorney with Anthony & Partners, LLC. She is dedicated to protecting and advancing clients’ interests through litigation and dispute resolution in areas such as real estate law, landlord-tenant law, complex business litigation, commercial law, as well as advocating for both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings. Admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Florida, Julia is passionate about the practice of law, and brings a strategic approach to every case.

Born and raised in Florida, Julia earned her B.A. in English and Political Science from Florida State University, followed by graduating magna cum laude with a J.D. from the same institution. Before launching her legal career, she played a significant role in the legislative process, serving under the former Majority Leader of the Florida House of Representatives for three years in the Capitol. This experience gave her invaluable insights into the legal and political landscape, laying a strong foundation for her future in law.

During her time in law school, Julia was an active and accomplished student, earning awards and the highest grades in the field of Bankruptcy, Evidence, and Global Health & Pharmaceutical Law. Her academic success, coupled with her legislative experience, has equipped Julia with the skills and knowledge to effectively navigate complex legal challenges.
