Frank is a member of Anthony & Partners, LLC, practicing in the areas of commercial real estate sales and financing transactions, loan syndications, banking law, general business law, loan restructuring, complex commercial transactions and commercial litigation. His clients include community and regional banks, small and medium sized businesses, investment and private equity funds, and real estate investors. He sees his role as a trusted advisor to further his client’s business objectives, drawing upon his unique blend of legal, managerial and financial experience.

Background

Prior to Anthony & Partners, LLC, Frank was Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Florida Bank, formerly known as Bank of St. Petersburg. Frank was responsible for the management of the Bank’s Special Asset portfolio, and held several positions at the Bank prior thereto, including President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his tenure at Florida Bank, Frank was Director of Special Assets for $5-billion-asset First Florida Bank headquartered in Tampa, Florida from 1989 until its purchase by Barnett Bank in 1993, and had the same role at $25-billion-asset Maryland National Bank of Baltimore, Maryland from 1986 through 1989. Frank also spent 5 years with the law firm of Cook, Howard, Downes & Tracy of Towson, Maryland as an associate attorney, handling all types of commercial, financial and regulatory transactions.

A few years ago, I obtained a $5,500,000 judgment for a client of mine against some people who I believed were insolvent.
