Tiffany A. Maziarz joins the team as an Law Clerk, where her primary practice areas will be Complex Business Litigation and Bankruptcy Law. Ms. Maziarz graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2026. During her time in law school, she served as a Student Bar Association class representative, judicial extern in the Middle District of Florida, and Contracts Teaching Assistant to Professor Anthony Palermo. She also served as an Associate on the Stetson Law Review, where her article, Owning the Digital Self: The Legal Implications of Reimagining Personal Data as Property, is forthcoming in Volume 56. Ms. Maziarz is enthusiastic about beginning her legal career at the firm and looks forward to growing alongside its attorneys
