Brooke A. Fopeano joins Anthony & Partners, PLLC, as an Associate Attorney with her primary practice areas in bankruptcy law and complex business litigation.

Originally from New Jersey, Ms. Fopeano earned her B.S. from the University of South Carolina in 2023 before attending Stetson University College of Law.  During her time in law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Stetson Business Law Review, Treasurer of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and was a member of Stetson's Dispute Resolution Board.

Upon her admission to the Florida Bar in 2026, Ms. Fopeano began her legal career with Anthony & Partners, where she currently focuses on assisting clients in various business disputes.
