Julia Traina is an associate attorney at Anthony & Partners, LLC, where she represents businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and appeals in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts throughout Florida.

Her practice includes contract and business disputes, shareholder and derivative actions, noncompete/trade secret actions, real estate litigation, loan and foreclosure litigation, and bankruptcy and appellate proceedings.

Raised and educated in Florida, Julia earned her B.A. in English and Political Science from Florida State University, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law. Before becoming an attorney, she worked in the Florida Legislature for the former Majority Leader of the House, gaining valuable insight into Florida’s regulatory, political, and business landscape.

Julia is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
